New to PDX

A new event at the Hopworks Urban Brewery, the Biketobeerfest, was a big success among cyclists and fans of Hopworks beer. The event was held to celebrate the seasonal fresh hop beer currently available at Hopworks, as well as their close ties to Portland's bike culture.

Although the event is now over, if you hurry, you can still get a few pints of this unique and delicious beer that is only available in early fall when fresh hops are picked. Hopworks' supply is limited, and will probably run out by mid to late October.

Besides the amazing beer, the event featured handmade bicycle designers and manufacurers promoting their unique and custom bikes, as well as biking events, concerts, and bmx trick riders. Even though there is a strong beer theme, the event is all ages and there are activities for the whole family.
